About Us

Mission at WERK

Jesus invites us to love of God and love of neighbor. There are plenty of opportunities to share the love and the good news through mission. Whether your ready to get your hands dirty, have a good ear for listening or feel a calling to share the wealth of God with others there is something for you at WERK. We've included a taste of some of the mission happenings at WERK on this page.

We are always looking for new ideas for service and mission so that more will encounter God's love in a tangible way. If you have an idea contact Pastors Julie & Bill and they can help put your idea to WERK.

Blanketing the Homeless with Love

The Kewadin Sewing Group is making quilts for those without a place to call home. The quilts are made from extra bedding from Holiday Inn Express courtesy of the Robinson Family. Even Pastor Bill (on paternity leave) and Ethan are helping to assemble the quilts. If your interested in helping or joining the sewing group contact Nancy Wright, or Jean Newberry.
